Quality Policy

Moldes Carreira has as its guiding and fundamental principle the satisfaction of Clients and Employees, strongly focusing on relationship ethics which, in a consistent and systematic way, contributes to satisfying their needs and expectations in a sustainable manner.


We consider that compliance with the requirements of a Quality Management System in accordance with NP EN ISO 9001 and with the statutory, legal and regulatory requirements and others that the organization subscribes to, applicable to the product and its environmental aspects, thereby focusing on the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of its Management System, are fundamental to meeting our mission, vision and values.


In this sense, our Quality Policy is based on four fundamental principles:


Always acting with a mindset oriented towards satisfying the needs of each client and other interested parties;


• INNOVATION  - Acting creatively on clients' problems, innovating technologies, processes and attitudes in order to achieve a high level of performance, seeking optimized solutions and procedures.


• PARTNERSHIPS  - Creating and maintaining solid and lasting partnerships with clients and suppliers, in order to achieve relationships of mutual understanding and collaboration with beneficial results for all parties.


• RIGOR - Ensuring rigor in fulfilling the requirements of our QMS, complying with good manufacturing practices and all applicable regulations in order to guarantee the supply of products and services within the required specifications, in a systematic manner.


• INVOLVEMENT- Melhorar continuamente as condições do ambiente interno que permita emotive o crescimento humano e profissional de todos os colaboradores, gerando espírito deequipa e de mútua colaboração, assegurando o envolvimento de todos em torno dos presentesobjetivos e a melhoria contínua da eficácia do S.G.Q.
